BC HOUSING - MyPlace Vernon
MyPlace a 4 storey apartment complex constructed of 40 modular units. MyPlace is designed to help assist the homeless to a healthy and housed lifestyle. Approximately 27 000 Sq ft our team assisted with the Plant construction of mud-tape to paint finish and tile setting. The extreme takt times in place to keep on track for the deadline added to the degree of difficulty which makes this project unique.
Trinity Western University - Skidmore Hall
The 47 Modular unit building houses 132 students of TWU year and year out. The apartment style, 33 000 Sq Ft building was completed and ready for students to move in September 2017. We were very honoured to do the Mud-tape to Paint-finish of such a unique project. Maximizing the advantages of modular construction, the Hall was built in an extremely efficient 9 month timespan in comparative to the traditional stick-and-build which would have been a 14 month timeline.
Homes for Heroes
H4H was one of the most unique projects our team has played a role in. Our team installed the drywall/mud-tape and down to a paint finish, also including the tile setting for the kitchen backsplash. H4H a tiny home community in Calgary consisting of 15 units designed for veterans of the Canadian Armed Forces.
